DEPOSIT / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A Paypal Virtual Terminal Authorisation of no less than £150 will be charged on all costume hires against loss or significant damage, by debit or credit card.
Card details will be securely stored until the safe return of the costume and will then be destroyed.
Failure to return a costume will result in the FULL VALUATION of the costume being deducted from your card.
If garments are damaged, the appropriate amount and not the whole deposit will be deducted.

HIRE PERIOD
Hire period is for a week, so the costumes must be returned within 7 days.
Customers will be charged £10 per day over the 7 day hire agreement.

REFUND POLICY
It is unusual for our customers to change their minds, but we do give a 24 hr cancellation period.
The costume must be returned unworn and within 24 hrs of pick up.
There is a 20 per cent re-stocking fee.

PRIVACY POLICY
Costume Boutique does not store customers’ financial details (credit or debit card numbers).
No personal details are ever disclosed to third parties.
Customers are given the choice to be included on the Costume Boutique e-mailing list, where they can receive news & updates of up and coming Events and Special Seasonal Offers!
